Ubertone showcased innovations at IAHR-ISSF 2025 with booth and paper

Ubertone made a significant impact at the recent IAHR-ISSF 2025 (International Symposium on Shallow Flows) conference in Torino, Italy, mid-September, which gathered about 80 participants.

Ubertone, specializing in acoustic instrumentation, hosted a booth to connect and share insights with researchers. Furthermore, Ubertone actively contributed to the scientific program by presenting a research paper titled: "Combining Sampling and Acoustic Inversion for SSC Measurements, Example on an Alpine River", co-signed by Stéphane Fischer, Gilles Pierrefeu, Marie Burckbuchler, and François Lauters.

Pre-Workshop held beforehand

Just ahead of the main conference, Ubertone also co-organized a preparatory workshop, the WUD 2025 (Workshop on Ultrasonic Doppler), in collaboration with the Hydraulics and Fluid Mechanics Laboratory and its scientific head, Prof. Costantino Manes. This focused event brought together 10 participants for in-depth exchange and training sessions on UVP and ADVP measurement methods, using a UB-Lab P and a UB-Lab 3C on an open-channel flume.

Ubertone's participation in these events highlights its ongoing commitment to research and development of innovative solutions for flow and sediment measurements.
